Connor O’Brien is an attorney whose practice is in corporate and transactional matters: forming and structuring businesses, the agreements they run on, and the transactions that change them. His work sits in the firm’s Business Representation and Capital Raising & Securities areas.
For 2026 to 2027 he is named in The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” list in three fields: Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships), Corporate Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions Law.
Connor has lived in Brevard County his whole life. He is a longtime volunteer with the Zazza Community Foundation’s Jingle Jet charity, which gives families going through hardship a holiday experience that ends at a local hangar decorated as the North Pole; he has served on its selection committee, organized the event, and shopped for the families. Away from work he reads widely and runs a YouTube channel where he reviews books and comics.
